The phdream platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt any aspect of the platform, including its Sports section, Casino games, Finance tools, or VIP programme. Any use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. You must not use the platform in any way that infringes the rights of other members or third parties. phdream reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account found in violation of these conduct standards, with or without advance notice depending on the severity of the breach.
All deposits and withdrawals on phdream are processed through the payment channels available in the Finance section, which currently include GCash, Maya, and bank transfer for Philippine members. You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your account originate from a legitimate source and are owned by you — third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the timelines communicated in the Finance section, and VIP members may benefit from priority processing as described in the VIP programme terms. phdream reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where unusual account activity has been detected. Any transaction that is suspected to involve money laundering, fraud, or other financial misconduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities in the Philippines and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.
All participation in the Sports and Casino sections of phdream is subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. Results are final once confirmed by the platform system, and no claims for reversal will be entertained on the basis of a member's misunderstanding of the rules or odds. phdream does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game or sporting event covered on the platform. In the event of a technical fault or system error affecting a game result, phdream reserves the right to void affected transactions and return the relevant stakes to member accounts. Members are encouraged to review the rules of each section before participating, and any questionscan be directed to the FAQ section for guidance before placing any wager or entering any game session.
Membership in the phdream VIP programme is governed by the tier criteria and benefit schedules published on the VIP page, which may be updated from time to time. Tier progression is calculated automatically based on eligible account activity and does not require a manual application. phdream reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit structures, and eligibility criteria with reasonable notice provided through the platform interface. VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply solely to the registered account holder. Any attempt to game the tier system through artificial or coordinated activity will result in disqualification from the programme and may lead to account suspension. Members who drop below a tier's qualifying activity threshold in a given review period may be reassigned to a lower tier in accordance with the criteria in effect at the time of review.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written permission from phdream. The phdream brand name and logo may not be used in any context — including social media, websites, or marketing materials — without express authorisation. Unauthorised use of phdream's intellectual property may result in legal action. These restrictions apply to individual members and commercial entities alike, and no implied licence to use platform content is granted merely by accessing the platform.
phdream provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from system outages, payment processing delays, or game technical errors. Our liability for any direct claim arising from platform use is limited to the value of funds held in the affected member's account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Members are advised to review these limitations carefully and to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal remedies.
phdream reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Members located in the Philippines agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phdream with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
